How to pay
How do I pay for the products?
There are several ways to pay for your Actual-exams products. Most customers use online payment with a credit card. If no credit card is available then PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram can be used as well.
- Paying online using a credit card is the most frequent and fastest payment method. The purchased products will immediately be available for download.
- For PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union or MoneyGram payments contact sales@actual-exams.com for instructions.
Which credit cards does Actual-Exams accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Electron.
Is my Credit Card Information secure at your site?
Absolutely. Secure it guaranteed by our Credit Card Processor PayPoint.net.
I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network (data is tranmissted over HTTPS secure protocol). We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At Actual-Exams we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.
How to purchase
How do I make an online purchase?
Please select the appropriate products from the Actual-Exams products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Then please click "Checkout" button in "Shopping Cart" block in left column of website. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at Actual-Exams and you are not a registered user then system will automatically create an account at Actual-Exams for you. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member's Area. If you want more detailed instructions please contact support@actual-exams.com.
I have made an online purchase. Were are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your Member's Area. Here is the procedure to download your product:
- Go to www.Actual-Exams.com
- Find Member's Area login form in left column of website
Note: If there is just a Member's Area link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password. - Enter your E-mail and Password
Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. - Use the links in your Member's Area to access your products.
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your Member's Area for easy access.
How to access purchased products

Purchase Problems
I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong?
Ensure that cookies are enabled in your Internet Browswer. To be able to make online purchases at Actual-Exams cookies must be enabled in your Internet Browser.
The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?
If the information you are submitting is absolutely correct, and you are still unable to make a purchase, it is possible your credit card purchase is being flagged as fraudulent, or for some reason your credit card company is not allowing the purchase. Contact your credit card issuer and ask if they are blocking any purchases. Your purchase will also be rejected if you have insufficient funds, make certain that you have credit available for the amount of your purchase.
You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are three alternative methods of payments.

I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?
We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.
The purchase went through succesfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my Member's Area. What is wrong?
That means order is manually reviewed by our staff. You should have your products available within 12 hours.
If more than 12 hours has passed then please contact support@actual-exams.com.
The purchase seems to have gone through, though I have not received any e-mail confirmation on the purchase. What is wrong?
There might have been a glitch in the purchase process. Please, contact support@actual-exams.com. Please include E-mail of your Actual-Exams account into the message. We will look into it.
Terms and Conditions
How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are downloaded from the internet. Typically you will have access to your purchases immediately after we have received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed however, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for download.
How do I return the products I have purchased?
As all products are delivered in digital format it is not necessary to return the goods.

How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.
